Rust
The ventilation grille of the shower/toilet was visibly full of dirt. 1 Tile was broken, so you heard a crack every time. Breakfast was clearly promised, but it was indicated that we had agreed to a "breakfast to go", so we would only receive coffee, tea and snacks.
Because we indicated that we wanted bread, butter, jam, peanut butter, it was delivered.
When we arrived we didn't see Naya Serviced Apartments anywhere, but a completely different name, so it took some searching, very unpleasant and annoying when you arrive after a long journey.
